TRANSACTION
BASED SERVICE
The client is charged for only those resources that are
used, and is billed on a pre-determined fixed schedule per transaction.
Our client is NOT required to purchase and
maintain the expensive document management hardware and software.
The in-house cost of design, facilities, equipment, operations management, support personnel, and training
are reduced to minimum levels or possibly eliminated depending on the type of transaction service requested. Privacy, security, backup, redundancy, and disaster recovery issues are all addressed, and appropriate provisions are inherent in the service. And when authorized, access to stored documents, images, and other related services of the enterprise
is immediate, being available at all times from any location as permitted.
Government-based and
commercial sector customers can expect substantial cost
reductions for the storage and retrieval of documents and images, while at
the same time establishing the true cost of providing those services. In
some instances it may be possible that service costs can be passed on or billed; and
perhaps this service could convert what was a difficult cost
into a profit center.
