Our demonstration/pilot facility (60,000 sq.ft.) at Commodore 295 Business Park, 200 Commodore Drive, Swedesboro, NJ seventy percent complete and will be in full operation within 90 days. The purpose of this facility is to provide live demonstration and piloting of our transaction services and hierarchical storage technology that includes solid-state disk, RAID complex disk, optical technology, tape libraries, off-line media storage, and original document and media fireproof storage; also, it will display the quality of our site implementation, security systems and the OmegaCard. Client-side operations kiosks, workstations, and presentation kiosks will be on the floor and operational for demonstration and client hands-on testing. Working and architectural models of all of our technology will be on display for visitors to see and to discuss how they will apply to their own circumstances.
Our New Branch Center (up to 500,000 sq.ft.) is now under site identification, acquisition, and implementation. The building will offer fireproof tilt up concrete and steel construction, excellent security, document and media storage, climate-controlled physical storage, and ample production and administrative space. This facility will be our initial production location. It will permit qNETIQ to continue pilot production implementations with its initial twenty clients and to generate considerable revenue during the planning and construction phases of our Camden Main Center. A solar, wind, and geothermal energy generation facility will be installed to adhere to the energy aspect of the qNETIQ business model. A technology and communications center will be installed to support and extend initial pilot services, on-going regional services, and replication disaster recovery services for the demonstration and pilot center, and the Camden Main Center (until the next Main Center is up and running). This branch will operate 24/7, and as it will support pilot and regional administrative, sales, training, technology, and production operations, it will create over 800 jobs during the first twelve months of operations.
